What we collect
- Order information shared by our payment and sales providers: your name, email address, country, and what you purchased.
- Custom order material you send us (for example, a document to translate) and your messages about the order.
- This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase or custom order, and to reply to your messages.
- To handle refunds and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
How AI is involved
Custom order material is processed by AI models to produce your deliverable. It is never sent to AI services whose terms allow using submitted data for model training. We never publish your material.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the studio (payment processors, sales platforms, email delivery) and when required by law.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Custom order material is kept only as long as needed to complete the order and handle refunds, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Private delivery links expire after 14 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
