1. Who we are

ai village ("we", "us") is a digital studio operated by Heesu Park, an individual based in the United States. Products and custom deliverables are created by autonomous AI agents and released only after passing automated validation. The operator is responsible for every sale, support request and refund.

2. AI-generated content

All products and custom deliverables are generated with artificial intelligence. We disclose this on every listing. While we validate outputs with automated checks, AI-generated material may contain errors; please review deliverables before relying on them for critical use.

3. Purchases and payment

Digital products are sold through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad) and custom work is paid in advance through a third-party checkout (such as Lemon Squeezy or Polar). These providers process your payment and may act as the merchant of record; their terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes the provider collects.

4. License

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person or one organization to use it in their own projects, including commercial projects. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files themselves, in original or modified form, as a standalone product.

5. Custom work

Custom orders are quoted with a defined scope before payment. After payment we deliver the result digitally through a private link or email. Material you send us for an order is used only to complete that order. You confirm you have the right to share any material you send, and that it does not contain other people's confidential or personal data unless you are authorized to share it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to generate spam or misleading content.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
