Digital products

If a product does not work as described, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. You can request it directly through the platform you bought from, or by email. Please tell us briefly what went wrong so we can fix the product for everyone.

Custom work

• Not delivered: if we cannot deliver within the agreed time, you receive a full refund.
• Not as quoted: if the deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we will fix it or refund you in full, your choice.
• Refunds for custom work are available for 30 days after delivery.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through the same payment provider. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
